All items are made to order, which means production begins after your purchase.

 

Please allow additional time for:

 

  • Production

  • Shipping

  • Seasonal demand

 

Shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays.

 

JCast is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout — we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

 

Returns & Replacements

 

Because all items are made to order:

 

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, colour, or preference changes

  • All sales are considered final

 

That said — if something isn’t right, we’ve got you.

 

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll absolutely make it right.

How to Request a Replacement

 

To request a replacement, please:

 

  • Email us at info@jcastfishing.com

  • Within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number + clear photos of the issue

 

If approved, we’ll send a replacement at no additional cost.
