JCast is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

 

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not guaranteed to be replaced or refunded.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products:

 

• All sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective

• We do not accept returns for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse
